I want to provide a little guidance as a mindset coach to support your success. Here are three mindset shifts (and affirmations) that you can implement to take your vision to the next level.
Create Relevant Content
1. Remember that YOU are ENOUGH. You could spend so much time doubting yourself, your vision, your intuition, or your creative abilities. This could cause you to procrastinate, settle for less, not take advantage of opportunities or simply avoid tasks. It is important to remember that you have everything that you need within to manifest your vision. Take your next step with confidence!
Affirmation: “I am enough just as I am right now”
2. Embrace the GROWTH ZONE. You will be challenged to move out of your comfort zone and into the growth zone. Pushing yourself beyond your own limits will allow for growth that you could not even imagine. This transition will increase your fears but remember most people who experience any level of success had to make this cross over. You can do it too!
Affirmation: “I release all resistance to change and I am open to new possibilities”
3. TRUST the PROCESS. It is totally understandable that you want to know the when, where and why. However, the truth is that you will not know every detail of your next move. Trusting the process is about surrendering and allowing. Truthfully, you only need the next best step to get moving. Then the remaining steps will be revealed as you continue going forward. Take the next best step!
